We're happy to report that our clients have experienced significant improvements in financial performance, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, employee retention, and quality of care after facilitating the Healthcare Leader Certificate Program. However, it's important to note that our clients were engaged in many other performance improvement initiatives concurrent to this program. This makes it very difficult to determine the real impact of leadership development on organizational success. 

 

With that said, a highly effective leadership development program should result in participants feeling that: 1) the program made them stronger leaders; 2) the program was a good use of their time; 3) the program was a good use of the organization’s resources; and 4) the program should be attended by their peers.

 

On all four fronts, the Healthcare Leader Certificate Program has proven successful. Our most recent survey scored as follows: ​
